I'm a lady Uber driver who just tried to use the restroom here & was turned away. I just wanted to pee after dropping off a customer at nearby John Wayne airport. How very unfortunate!
Awful front desk service. I was here with my husband during a work trip for him and the front desk girl from check in to inquiries was incredibly rude. It was like we were bothering her when we had questions. She began every sentence with "Like I Said...". Honestly, I was shocked and when the manager came to see what the issue was, he replied "I didn't see anything rude". Once that happened, I knew we chose the wrong hotel. There's so many near the airport and will definitely be booking our groups somewhere else.
First, keep in mind that Hyatt Regency Newport Beach West is different from Hyatt Regency Newport Beach. The West property is newer, but it doesn’t have suites, which can be disappointing for Globalists. There’s no lounge, and although there are two buildings, one appeared to be closed during my stay. There’s an EV charger in front of the building, but it wasn’t working. The in-room TV’s Chromecast didn’t function either.
