I love this hotel. The rooms are sleek and modern, and everything is kept generally clean. The reception staff is professional and welcoming and the pool area is very nice as well. This hotel is conveniently close to many OC hotspots.
The rooms are clean, service was wonderful and the property is beautiful! Easy check in and check out. The restaurant, bar and cafe inside have everything you need. They have a shuttle to and from the airport and beautiful views both inside and outside.

Very bad service very bad attitude management and staff, I strongly Do Not recommend this horrible hotel to you , I had some guests arriving to hotel lobby but couldn’t use the bathroom in lobby unless they buy food, even if you buy $5 cup of coffee you can buy use the bathroom in lobby, hotel had installed electronic bathroom door lock, I end up taking my guests to Starbucks nearby and after my meeting I checked out and completed my 3 day stay at the bay Marriott nearby, I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this badly managed unwelc... read more
