Great , well maintained Hyatt, great location!
I would give this a 10 out of 10. I would definitely stay again because the staff was attentive to their guests.
The guy that checked us in was super sweet and helpful. After that though our experience went downhill. It was a rainy and cold weekend in OC. The next morning our hot water wasn’t working so we let the front desk know (Diane I think her name was). She said she would send their engineer up immediately because we wouldn’t be in the room at that time. We come back after 2 hours and ask if it’s fixed. She says “I let our engineer know so it’s probably done.” Ofc we go up and it’s not done…we call again and she says they’ll send... read more
