The rooms where very dirty and smelled like cigar smoke. The room service really needs to be improved I called for clean towels and it took them 2 calls and 45 minutes just get them. I will say that the front desk clerk was entertaining when she ran after the pizza delivery guy who was taking an order up to another guest only to lose him in the process so she started shouting at me telling me the hotels policy and I was just trying to leave out the door. The room was clean and spacious. While our room overlooked a highway, it wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. The pool was warmer than most, which was definitely a positive thing for our toddler. The hot tub was clean and great, which was obviously a positive for mom and dad. The restaurant attached to the hotel had a decent breakfast buffet for under $10/pp
