The general manager, ***** should really find a new place to work or a different industry to work in! After they're absolute disaster of a weekend as you can see in the other reviews, (because this general manager is clearly extremely incompitent) I go in today to get a full refund on my rooms that my guess were told " our system is down. All I wanted was a clean bed. I had to call around to find a different hotel due to how filthy the rooms all are. I have never encountered such horrible and cruel people. I was actually told I was not allowed to look at the bed sheets. That all the dirty and stained sheets had others on top of it, as if that made it fine.
