Excellent service, the guy at the front desk deserves to be congratulated; excellent attitude, fast and friendly!; the rooms and building look nice, clean, comfortable, fair price; I have been here sometimes and always a great experience! Bed was great the room had a slight oder. They had just cleaned it so made musty carpet.
The hallway had a weird smell, as did the room which had a moldy smell to it. Despite renovations all ice machines on every floor was broken. Stop charging premium prices for premium service which we clearly are not getting . Even 30 mins after our ready time our room was still not ready and showers are a slip Hazzard. The carpet was dirty and most renovation were the lobby and now the rooms themselves, very disappointed. Also no refunds after booking a room. Very shady practices
I made a reservation with this hotel to stay two nights on points 2 months ahead of my stay. I double-checked my reservation the morning of my stay. All looked good. However when I tried to check in at 10pm that night my reservation had been canceled. Aksah at the front desk didn't care. I showed him my confirmation e-mail, he didn't care. He tried to tell me that I booked through a 3rd party site and they couldn't do anything (I booked directly through Choice Hotels, not a 3rd party). Highly recommended sleeping in your car before staying here booked this hotel a month ago for the baseball game and we get here after the game so it was 8:00 and I’m still here currently at 1am all because they sold our room out from underneath of us. How does this happen…. Anyways as we was walking out a roach was crawling on the floor
