Beautiful hotel. The bar staff has a slight cantankerous disposition. It is inconvenient to walk to restaurants, but it works well with a car.
After having been told to speak with the General Manager by Kewuna, who works the front desk during the night shift might I add, I was dismissed and did not receive help regarding my issue confirming whether the pool would be open April 1st. Victor, the head of maintenance rudely and loudly announced there is no pool! CLOSED POOL! And apparently the website is not updated and the POOL IS PLANNED TO BE REMOVED. The updated lobby shouldn’t fool you. A dated experience. Mediocre at best… but pretty bad tbh. All around.
The beds were nice, room was spacious. However, our phone nor refrigerator worked and the walls needed some spring cleaning.
