They recently had redone the bedrooms, but they missed redoing the tiles in the entryway above your head when you go in your room and they are old and gross and could get new mattresses.. the pool area could use more table and chairs, especially when a lot of kids and families are staying at the hotel. The carpet in the hallway going up to our bedroom could be replaced too. The staff was really kind, the bedding & bathrooms were clean. Ran out of clean towels in the whole hotel. Place needs to pay employees more or have better management. Horrible experience with this horrible service.
My review is based solely on my experience with this hotel prior to checking in. I booked 3 rooms via Travelocity for a business trip. Our travel dates shifted slightly and I called the hotel. I wasn't looking for a refund. Just wanted to change dates. I was told I needed to call Travelocity because there was nothing they could do. Got on the phone with Travelocity who then proceeded to tell me that they needed to call the hotel and see if they can get the change approved at which point the hotel flat out told them they were... read more
Our room is on the 8th floor, very peaceful. Our bathroom has been recently remodeled. Very nice experience so far. 2 more nights to go.
