Contracted hotel rooms for a large conference and Jacob Bohonek was more thab accommodating. He was responsive and friendly. The front desk was extremely helpful for some last minute needs. Great experience!
Well maintained and designed hotel. The rooms are beautiful. We had a room overlooking the Mississippi River. Facilities are very nice. Hot tub was hot, as it should be. This is a great stay in a beautiful city.
It was an okay hotel, both beds had comforters that were clumpy due to them being cleaned incorrectly. Staff was kind but not welcoming or friendly by any means.
