Place is getting super dated and front desk staff is getting way to comfortable and getting attitudes.
Nice hotel situated close to downtown and easy to get to major resturants and river in downtown area. Needs a little updating but overall ok..
I booked a stay at Radisson Hotel and needed to change the accommodation date due to unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was incredibly frustrating. Despite reaching out in advance to request a date change, they refused to accommodate my request and didn’t offer a refund. Instead, I was told I’d have to make a completely new booking and pay all over again. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of flexibility and concern for customers.
