The room was newly updated, modern, and very comfortable. The airport shuttle was confusing on arrival , no signs or schedule at the airport or online. At the hotel, though, the schedule was clearly posted, the shuttle ran on time, and the driver was very friendly. I arrived at 12 :30pm and asked about early check-in, but was quoted $60 even though check-in is at 3 pm. I would’ve preferred being told the room wasn’t available. Overall, an excellent stay. Great location close to the subway. I’d stay here again.
Garbage hotel no one in the staff is helpful. Have called the management staff multiple times with issues we are having no one is of any help. go somewhere else. this is not the place to come.
