I wanted to recognize Ilyssa at the coffee shop inside the Radisson Blu Vancouver Airport Hotel & Marina. Every time I visit, she is welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. She always greets customers with a smile, makes great coffee, and goes out of her way to make everyone feel appreciated. Close to airport with shuttle service. Marina views and great outdoors. Staff is very helpful and welcoming.
Very good for an airport hotel! Rooms are comfortable and a decent size, great breakfast and cafe downstairs. Super friendly and helpful staff. And, most importantly, pet friendly! Only con is that they do not offer room service.
