They have the amenities to be a 5 star hotel but they don’t use them correctly nor is their staff trained. I stayed for 4 nights and when we checked in the front desk was very dismissive and rushed through it without explaining anything about the property. We had to go and ask a different front desk to explain everything to us including amenities and breakfast. El lloc, excel·lent. Però espero més d'un hotel d'aquesta categoria. Un dia vam sortir a les 10.45h de l'habitació i ja no la van fer. En arribar, el pot de sabó del cos estava buit. Vaig haver de girar-lo perquè se n'adonessin i el reomplissin al tercer dia. I, el pitjor de tot, dues setmanes després de marxar, encara tinc a la targeta bloquejats els diners de l'habitació i la fiança, malgrat que em van fer un altre càrrec amb el cost de l'habitació. Ja els he escrit i no hi ha manera que ho desbloquegin.
