Please read reviews before booking a room here. It’s more like a motel. The room becomes extremely cold even if the thermostat is set to 80°F. The windows leak cold air inside, but the engineer fixed this effectively. The room does not have a refrigerator. If you need to refrigerate medication or any personal items, you are required to bring them to the front desk so they can store them in an “employee refrigerator.” There is also no microwave or even a standard coffee maker in the room. Great looking hotel and the balconies are awesome.
The hotel doesn't have a fridge even though it said it would have. It only had a cooler with motion detectors. If you touch anything, you’ll be charged. The deposit is $150 a night. And you only get a little back since they charge a resort fee. What resort, this is a motel in drag? I won’t be back when I visit Chicago again. This hotel doesn’t even provide warm blankets or comforters, it’s cold in Chicago! The amenities were not even available because out of service.
