Poor experience and poor service. No refrigerator nor microwave as it was described online, mini bar in the room is a scam. No single bottle of water to welcome there visitors in the room, everything you touch, you will have to pay for it. I can’t recommend this place to anyone.
Had a mini issue with the room, but they fixed it ASAP. Love the location, and the blue lights everywhere made it feel like a movie
Great time- location was amazing and customer service was top notch- pool area and views were beautiful and workout facility amazing - Ulysses was awesome!

We paid to reserve two deluxe king suites with balconies. Upon check in they were standard rooms with no balconies. I put my card down for incidentals and they charged me $60 for a “resort fee” after assuring me the full hold would be refunded provided we didn’t charge anything to the room. Over priced, uncomfy bed, and not great service. Check in was awkward and there was a lot of confusion around our reservation.
