I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at what is advertised as a five-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service and overall organization fell far below expectations. At check-in, the front desk associate spoke so quickly that I had to ask her to repeat herself four times just to understand basic instructions. This immediately set the tone for a frustrating stay.
