The room and hotel were very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It is in a great, central location. The Fire Lake restaurant is delicious and the staff were excellent. We definitely plan to stay here again.
Booked my room using hotel points . Check im time is at 4 and i arrived early around 2 pm . Most hotels will allow a courtesty early check in for Diamond/titanium choice rewards members . This hotel will charge you $50 for a early check in fee , and if your booking with points you can almost guarantee they wont have a room for before 4pm , even though the couple in front of me checked straight into their room no issue . Beautiful hotel cool views of the city and very nice rooms
We chose to stay here for the c2e2 convention this past weekend and it was top notch from start to finish. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated, the staff was beyond friendly and attentive to our every need that we had. The bag drop and pick up was perfect as we used it two days for arriving and leaving. The rooms are spectacular and the views that you get are everything and then some. I will be staying here again on a trip to Chicago as the prices are reasonable and great for jumping on the Metra to get across town.
