The hotel is nice, but they really need to fix the AC. It barely comes out. It’s humid as hell this week in particular. There’s no reason I should be sweating in a 4 star hotel room. Also very very loud. I lived in New York City and the sirens weren’t this loud overnight. They’re cheaping out on the windows big time.
The hotel room was filthy and run down. The floors were peeling and dirty. I was shocked at how filthy this hotel is. There was still candy and candy wrappers all over the floor. However allegedly cleaned this room did I terrible job. Would never stay here again. Very disappointed.
It would have been nice if theybwould have kept their word on giving us a free breakfast for the issues we had checking in.
Amazing time for our 45 anniversary! Pool, food, front desk and service were 5 star.. will always look forward to returning
