Very friendly service and when I discovered I didn't need what I had bought, it was no problem to bring it back.
If you're looking for a phone you are in luck but their electronic parts supply is limited and over priced
I went to radio shack seeking help fixing my parents computer, it is a franken computer I have built from parts of other computers. I needed a part that is generally no longer available and an older gentleman working on 4/6/16 found a way to get me that part, I do not remember his name but I would like to tell him thank you.
The staff is friendly and helpful, but the prices are way too high for what they selling.
