One of the two last open radio shacks in Raleigh North Carolina. Good service and a pretty good stock of products. Got a fuse for a car adapter that I could not find anywhere else.

After researching mobile phones and plans at the individual provider stores, I decided to try Radio Shack to see what they would say since they carry all the major providers. The store manager helped me with identifying service and products and gave me his best recommendation considering my circumstance. They were willing to match prices of the same phones with same carrier at other stores. Both the manager and another employee were helpful in answering questions and acted eager for my business. I got a galaxy sIII at the store at a much better price than competitors and the manager fully activated the phone, set up my email, transferred my contacts, and put on my case and screen protector. She was also very knowledgable about the product line and extremely friendly. The store is set up very beautifully as well.
