Unfriendly Staff, Gave MisInformation, Decent Return Policy – The handful of times I've been in this store, I've been unimpressed. The staff does not seem to be particularly interested in customers and I've received misinformation a couple of times. They seem to know next to nothing about Apple computers - which doesn't stop them from trying to cash in on iPod accessories and such.
