Amazing staff love their general manager
Worst customer experience I've ever experienced Staff are lovely, however after being on hold with Rosny for 30 minutes, I gave up and called Hobart. To be on hold for another 30 minutes. I was forced to book online with their terrible website, of which, apparently I book at Hobart, even know I selected Rosny. I arrived at Rosny, thinking my appointment was at 5pm, so I came 20 minutes early.
