I had a good experience with the reception staff at this Radiology. They were friendly, professional, and provided good service. However, my experience inside the ultrasound room with my wife was disappointing. The staff member performing the ultrasound seemed rude and provided very little information during the process. We felt uncomfortable with the way we were treated, and the ultrasound took a long time without any clear explanation of the reason for the delay.
