This place is a scam. They put you in collections, even if you have a zero balance. Run far away.
According to my insurance everything has been paid. They have never called me or sent me a bill. Now I get a text saying pay the bill from a collections company. WHAT BILL? They are playing with people's credit and that is not good busines. They are also trying to get more money over what the insurance covers. That is a scam. I encourage everybody to put a complete on better business bureau BBB immediately!!!
Same issue as everyone. Date of service was Feb 2022, sent to collections Sept 2022 without ever receiving a bill. Spoke to them and was told they did not see any record of an outstanding balance. However, the collection agency certainly does!
Also in the "sent to collections" group. You can't get paid if you never send a bill to begin with. It's been 6 months and was $20. All you had to do was send a bill.
The same issue with us! They sent it to collection and never received a bill. The now are saying that our insurance denied and our insurance have no te it’s of submission. This is ridiculous!
