Even though they took 5 hours to tell me I wasn’t getting meds the staff was nice but when I got there I was the only one in the waiting room and 3 people inside so the 5 hours was ridiculous but otherwise the staff is great otherwise I would have left after hour two
The Doctors and the Medical Assistant were very attentive
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Shah for almost two years. The doctor is thorough and patient explaining the purpose of tests as well as the results. A pleasant overall experience from initial contact with receptionist to the cleanliness of the waiting room to the compassion and care of the attending nurse. Together we’ve decided on a preventative plan that works.
I had a bone density scan done last week. My experience with the staff there was good, and the results were posted to my patient portal very quickly. However, there was as clear and obvious error on the report. I have called four times to try to speak with someone about getting it corrected (and to understand how such a careless error was made), with no success. This is unacceptable.
