Had an appointment for a referral from my Mount Sinai Doctor for an X-Ray at 3 PM, got there at 2:50 PM and i paid my copayment which they had no problem taking but I sat in the waiting room for over an HOUR while EVERYONE went ahead of me and were seen after coming after me! Someone who was very nice came and tried to explain that they don’t do an x-ray for fever but my Mount Sinai doctor recommended the x-ray, this is a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience and I HIGHLY suggest getting your X-Rays anywhere else BESIDES Mount Sinai!

Dr. Kimberly Henderson examined my elbow pain… sent me up to radiology for several X-rays to determine if there was a break, fracture or something else. Those ruled out…Dr. advised treating the pain with OTC medication & schedule follow-up with orthopedic specialist for review. Excellent!
