Be careful what information you may be given in your report. I have found a lot of mistakes and misleading information. I will be seeking a second opinion. Pretty scary when you can’t trust people to give you the right information. What is going on here? Scary stuff. Know your rights . AHPRA HCSSC OAIC,FOIA YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Don’t be pushed around. Your health matters .

Worst service I had ever. Did urgent X-ray for my son and on 2nd day after 24 hours still nothing done. Ever the receptionist was rude and blaming others for this. When I asked to call me back when they send the report to doctor she told me , we are too busy and check after an hour for confirmation. I think they need friendly staff at the front end.

I attended today for a mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy. All staff i encountered were professional and friendly. They explained what was going to happen during the appointment clearly.

Went to an appointment this morning at 9am. We were told we needed a referral, so we called our doctor to get one sent and were told it would be 15minutes. At 9:10am we were turned down because they said they couldn’t hold our appointment for another 5 minutes. It is sad to see the lack of empathy and help the receptionist was willing to do for us - cancelling working and not being able to get the reassurance of the health of your baby is clearly not worth an extra 5 minutes.
