Awesome staff...very professional and accommodating.
Went to an appointment this morning at 9am. We were told we needed a referral, so we called our doctor to get one sent and were told it would be 15minutes. At 9:10am we were turned down because they said they couldn’t hold our appointment for another 5 minutes. It is sad to see the lack of empathy and help the receptionist was willing to do for us - cancelling working and not being able to get the reassurance of the health of your baby is clearly not worth an extra 5 minutes. Always polite, run on time and efficient. The medical staff are amazing, caring and professional. Definitely 1st choice for any radiology tests.
