Be careful what information you may be given in your report. I have found a lot of mistakes and misleading information. I will be seeking a second opinion. Pretty scary when you can’t trust people to give you the right information. What is going on here? Scary stuff. Know your rights . Worst service I had ever. Did urgent X-ray for my son and on 2nd day after 24 hours still nothing done. Ever the receptionist was rude and blaming others for this. When I asked to call me back when they send the report to doctor she told me , we are too busy and check after an hour for confirmation. I think they need friendly staff at the front end.
I attended today for a mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy. All staff i encountered were professional and friendly. They explained what was going to happen during the appointment clearly.
Awesome staff...very professional and accommodating.
