I had an extremely disappointing experience at this particular SA Radioogy (Parkside). Extremely rude and unnecessary attitude of helpless staff at reception. I waited 9 days for an MRI appointment scheduled at 3:00 PM. I arrived at 2:58 PM, and while the reminder message asked patients to arrive 15 minutes early, there was no flexibility or understanding shown. Extremely rude Sonographer, who accused me of being late for my appointment… (I wasn’t) I arrived on time to find a queue out the door. The poor suffering receptionist who was friendly, finally directed me to MRI waiting area. When I explained this to the Sonographer after a 45 minute wait, she ranted “well I never was told you were here & the patient before me wouldn’t stay still…!” No apology for mix up. Not a nice experience at all.
I went to the Parkside branch for a Dexa scan to help me with my weight training and to better understand my body composition. After receiving my results, I embarked on 6 months of testing to see if I could improve my results. I went back 6 months later, had another test, but when they went to run through the results, I was confused. They were incredibly different (in a bad way) to the first scan. So terrible experience in this place, I will never go back again, they are very unprofessional job, make me sick and damaged my body,truly disgusting and they are not good.
