Great service
From the front desk to the tech, everyone I encountered was friendly, caring, and professional. The entire experience — from check-in to the procedure — took less than 20 minutes, which was impressive. Completing the paperwork online beforehand made everything even more efficient. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of care and service provided.
The nurses, technicians are wonderful. Very caring and on top of everything. I cannot say that about the financial department. I get a text before every appointment to check email regarding your insurance benefits. The email NEVER comes and when you call the financial office you get voicemail and your call is NEVER returned. Maybe post the financial obligation on the patient portal? Just a thought.
