Always friendly and on time. Very professional
I've been going to Radiology Regional since 2012 and they have continued to improve and advance with the times. Every change they have gone through has been for the better and has always made things easier for their patients when completed. They have always had outstanding service and friendly staff from the check in at the front desk to all the the technicians and radiological specialist in the back. Originally I chose to go to Radiology Regional and now my insurance says I have to which I'm super happy about.

This office and all their locations need serious customer service training. This office in Cape coral Parkway always in a hurry to close, so if you have a late afternoon appointment after 3pm and need to get a copy of your MRI disk, you can forget about it. They will tell you they will have it ready before you leave, then, they say everyone left. The lobby TV always gets turned off by 4:15pm regardless if they have patients still waiting to be seen.
