First…. They can’t seem to get things right. went in for a ct to which they did the wrong ct scan and blamed it on my doctor. My doctor showed me the orders she sent and she was correct. They continued to blame the doctor. Second… called for a calcium score test and told them I am to self pay. The scheduler said they she could see if insurance will pay to which I told her that’s fine but I would self pay as i need this done. I realy wish that there was a way to put negative reviews for a company. They pay Google for 5 star reviews so they can hide the true ones. They tell you up front that they take your insurance then after collecting from your insurance they bill you even more to make more money. I was on the phone with the insurance and they prooved to me that they paid the bill and there bill did not match the bill sent from RADIOLOGY REGIONAL to me. Called to schedule an appointment, told the person on the phone I had Covid 12 days prior, can I still get an X-ray to see if I have walking pneumonia. She said yes, since I’m not contagious, and I made the appointment. I show up and I’m told I can’t be seen unless I have a negative test. There was no mention of this on the phone. Total waste of my time. I called to talk to someone and they said the person on the phone didn’t know. No apology. And there are no tests available.

BEWARE!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU TO GET A MORE EXPENSIVE TEST THAN THE ONE YOUR DOCTOR PRESCRIBED!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND AFTER YOU WAIT THEIR FOR MORE THAN 3 HOURS, THEY SAY YOUR TEST CAN'T BE DONE BECAUSE THE TECHNICIAN IS GONE FOR THE DAY BUT THEY WON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK !!!!!!!
