Went to Hope location last week. After two hours backed up from appointment time, we were rescheduled to come to this location since they have a hoist to lift a handicapped patient. We arrive and were told they too were over an hour behind. After waiting, the hoist doesn’t fit in the room so that test was cancelled. Waited more time for the MRI in the building across the parking lot only to have to cancel this one because the technician refused to accommodate an elderly handicapped woman whose had a stroke and can not move v... read more
