Don't even think about these guys. I had a appointment, then I didn't. Now I have to contact the VA to send authorization to another facility. Several phone calls before I got the appointment. I was told they had the orders but not the authorization. After some bit of time, I got a text that from Regional Radiation that I could call for a appointment. I checked in online 3 times because I was receiving daily messages to check in. Checking in took 1 hour and 9 minutes. It was an hour and 5 minutes of watching people not work before I was called up. Why are people surprised that your not happy about waiting? The front end staff is untrained and don't care enough about the patients to learn basic systems. I will be going somewhere else for testing.
WAS Best radiology place in Charlotte County. Super professional clean modern everything is great. Super chaotic and slow today. What happened???
