Everyone from the time I entered until I exited was professional, kind and patient. Thank you, Radiology Regional, for making this annual visit a pleasant one.
When I walked in, I checked into a computer, and then sat down in a roomy open room. I was quickly called up to check in personally. I only had to wait about 5 minutes after checking in for the person to call me back. The young woman was very sweet and efficient in taking my medical history. There was a small glitch with my order, but they resolved that very quickly. The actual CT Scan was easy, non painful, and fairly quick. I would definitely recommend Regional Radiology!!
Was late to my appointment. I came from Fort Myers. Was in & out in less than 15 minutes. Very good service.
