Normally I've had good experiences, but today when they prepped me for a breast MRI, the port placement (for contrast dye) failed upon insertion. Due to the leak my arm swelled to twice the size. No one responded to my warnings and pleas for help. Someone handed my a card acknowledging this failure and how to treat it including going to the ER. No nurse attended me.
Had an ultrasound in December 2025 and another one in January 2026 on a different part of the body. Kelsy who did both is the best. I had met her at the Cape Coral office, and when I found out she had moved I wanted to continue to use her services as she knows what she is doing and does a fantastic job.

The MRI tech was rushed, didn't help me get situated, & ignored my complaint about the port site pain. Created an account. Went to log in and PW wouldn't work. Asked to reset pw, and nothing. Online chat and messaging features not working. Called for portal support and the message is poor quality. Not impressed.
