Had X-rays ordered stat was told the Dr would have results within 24 hours. Almost 48 hours and still no results. Office staff at appointment was great. Very poor service with results for being a stat order.

I came yesterday after being told by their scheduling department that Xray did not require an appointment. Drove 30 minutes here , I get here @1:00 pm and was told that this week they were not accepting walking for Xray but there scheduling department does not know what goes in this department. Had to come back this morning and was told I could not get an excuse letter for yesterday even though it’s their fault. They have no urgency or consideration for the patients time or gas even though I called to verify if I could sched... read more
Very dirty place. Floors were filthy. They didn't complete my MRI due to problems that I believe was due to faulty equipment.
