I had an appointment a couple of months ago for a consultation along with blood draw. I was told I would hear back within two weeks to see if my insurance would cover treatment. I gave a low rating on this site a month later and received a phone call the day after on 4/9 stating that they were still waiting to hear back from my insurance company and would make this a priority.
