Radiological technologist Tyrone is the superbly competent and reassuring professional you hope for when arriving at an unfamiliar facility. He was calm and clearly a master of his profession, but I most appreciated his kindness. He could not have treated me more compassionately if I had been his own grandmother.

I would love to give negative stars for this place. I called them on a Thursday around 4pm to get an appointment regarding a referral to check on a potentially fatal injury. I was placed on hold for an hour and 5 minutes. During that time I called at the 15 minute mark, from my house phone, to see if she accidentally forgot me. She had not and said "I still can't find you. Hold please." So I hung up and remained on hold. This was 3rd visit, and my 2nd encounter with Laurie. I was a nervous wreck. She explained every step of my procedure. But more importantly, she was professional, compassionate AND she made me laugh. That was the best medicine! Thanks, Laurie- YOU ROCK!
