Awful. We asked to use in - network when getting X-rays etc at Mercy Hospital. Mercy sent reports to Radiology Muskegon PC who is out of network (Cigna) We did not know they send reports to out of network providers. Radiology Muskegon PC WILL NOT negotiate PERIOD. On top of that they are rude. They charged $491 to read an MRI and over $300 to read a CT. Additionally $116 for mammogram - what does it take them 10 minutes?? ALL OUT OF POCKET. Accounts Receivable (Jamie) was VERY RUDE.
Jamie is rude! Claim they don't negotiate out of network rates. We did not know they were out of network. Mercy chooses who reads radiology results. We will drive to GR next time if we need to!!!
