I will only go to Radiology when I have to get x-rays or any kind imaging. From start to finish, the experience is good and quick. Professional staff and clean facilities make it what it is.
I was nervous about coming in but as soon as I got there and the staff made me feel alot better 😌.
The scan went smoothly and they are a well organized with moving people along. My issue though was with the check in staff person. She asked for my ID and insurance card, charged my copay on my HSA, and handed back a clump of papers, receipts, and my cards to me (which I just threw in my purse, because they immediately called me back). However, on my way home (an hour drive away), I noticed the check in person never gave me back my ID/drivers license.
