Rude and unresponsive. He is NOT trauma-informed. Gets offended and bothered by questions. Dont even think about advocating for yourself because Rauch will NEVER listen and instead feels threatened by a knowledgable patient- especially one who is a woman. This man has no idea how to communicate, let alone how to communicate as a healthcare professional. I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment and I was new to their office but the they made me feel welcome and comfortable for an uncomfortable test. The staff is pleasant and hardly any wait time as they are very efficient. I highly recommend this office.
