I had a CT scan appointment scheduled for 10:15 AM, and I was instructed to arrive at 10:00 AM. I arrived on time as requested; however, no one called me for my appointment. When I asked the staff about the delay, I was told that they had other patients. I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but if appointments are scheduled for specific times, patients should be informed of any significant wait times. Craig in the radiology department was excellent! He completed my son's chest xray, and was genuinely kind and personable throughout the entire experience.
Mr. Kenny who did my MRI at KP Halthorpe was so amazing. He calmed me. He explained the process in a fun way. He handled me with care as I am very claustrophobic. He has a great attitude. He is highly recommended. Thank you Mr Kenny.
