Craig in the radiology department was excellent! He completed my son's chest xray, and was genuinely kind and personable throughout the entire experience.
Mr. Kenny who did my MRI at KP Halthorpe was so amazing. He calmed me. He explained the process in a fun way. He handled me with care as I am very claustrophobic. He has a great attitude. He is highly recommended. Thank you Mr Kenny.
Based on: 1-5 Wait time: 1 (shortest wait 15mins but rarely happened, longest wait 2.5hrs for an appointment my physician referred me to make.) Customer Service:1 (the one instance i waited 2.5hrs, the radiologist told me “pain is not a reason to make an appointment” as if this isn’t a subsequent department; i was REFERRED) Management: 1 (management did not take my complaint serious.
