The member of the staff who escorted me to the dressing room and MRI trailer was extremely rude. First, when I stepped out of the waiting room to put a mask on since a patient and front desk person were coughing, this staff member told me to either stay in the waiting room or stay in the hallway because I was apparently in her way when there was barely anyone in either and I wasn’t even close to her. Absolutely abhorrent customer service and the MRI technician was so crass and rude.
Cannot thank Rene enough to calm my claustrophobia anxiety down so that I could go through MRI. Thank you so much. Cannot appreciate enough.
Closed on Friday's?! Ok guess I will postpone my injuries!!
Just done of my MRI at this location at 6:30 am ,staffs are very nice and friendly, professional and fast .
