Worst experience I've ever dealt with in Healthcare. After not receiving any information, no address, no phone number, no door number they canceled my appointment and placed me as a no show (when I was in the front lobby having my insurance verified). The front desk person thought this also was ridiculous and walked me to the office and asked that they see me being that I was on time I was just upfront with registration.
