One of the nicest guys I've ever met. Very down to earth and knowledgable
Extremely knowledgeable and kind. Was able to explain a complex situation in a moment when we weren’t sure what to do next.
Same story as everyone else. Paid this bill with a credit card ($11). A month later received a notice from a collection agency. Just paid the bill again—for such a small about it wasn't worth trying to figure out if it cleared my credit card before. Disgusting. Total incompetence.
