I don’t even trust the radiologist at this place. Terrible.
I had a similar experience with this company. I have a perfect credit score and I have never been behind on a bill. I received a text message to my phone saying I owed a bill to this company and I reached out to see if it was legitimate (since I had never used this company before). The lady was beyond rude to me and acted as though I was stupid. I'm still unsure how UCHealth ended up using this horrendous company, but I would hope they remove them from their provider list. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Radiology & Imaging Consultants. Not only did they fail to submit a claim to my insurance as they should, but they also went ahead and billed me directly. This blatant disregard for proper procedure is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on their professionalism and integrity. I would strongly advise others to avoid Radiology & Imaging
