Absolutely terrible experience with the billing department I was an active duty member of the military at the time of my visit and provided all necessary information for tricare however a few months later I get a surprise call from a debt collector saying I owe over a thousand dollars immediately got into contact with them and was wondering why no one attempted to reach out before going to a debt collector. Absolutely terrible billing department — zero accountability or clarity. I called Radiology & Imaging Consultants regarding a bill from UCHealth. UCHealth told me the physician who handled my imaging was with this company, yet Radiology & Imaging Consultants claims they have no billing record for me at all. So… who exactly did I pay? Worst company ever. I am so sorry to anyone who has to work with these rude, unprofessional, hateful individuals. Each person I talk to has a different story, each person has told me a lie. Nothing adds up. My bill has changed 7 times and no can explain what they are doing or why. Most people who are having to contact these people are going through major health issues and are treated as trash. -10000/10

Absolutely awful company! I'm just trying to pay a bill and I can't. I've been given three phone numbers to call and they don't have my bill. Their payment portal is broken, which is hilarious. I can't think of a worse company. Everyone should be fired here.
