I got billed even though I am on Medicaid. They are trying to charge me hundreds of dollars.
Dr Young used clear wording in my report that I appreciate. It really helped me understand and was comforting.
Apparent scam company. Had X-rays performed through UC Health. Now attempting to double bill me independently for the X-ray over a month after it was performed and the bill was paid with UC Health. It’s 2024 and billing is not this difficult. This is borderline racketeering. If UC Health can bill me within a week of the x-ray results and interpretations from Dr. Raben being sent over, you can, too.
I don’t even trust the radiologist at this place. Terrible.
I had a similar experience with this company. I have a perfect credit score and I have never been behind on a bill. I received a text message to my phone saying I owed a bill to this company and I reached out to see if it was legitimate (since I had never used this company before). The lady was beyond rude to me and acted as though I was stupid. I'm still unsure how UCHealth ended up using this horrendous company, but I would hope they remove them from their provider list.
