Absolutely awful company! I'm just trying to pay a bill and I can't. I've been given three phone numbers to call and they don't have my bill. Their payment portal is broken, which is hilarious. I can't think of a worse company. Everyone should be fired here.
If i could leave a 0, i would. You’re billing department is rude, undertrained, and when they didn’t want to answer my questions, they hang up. This company is trying to collect from me. I already paid via UCHealth. Scam alert.
This company is extremely difficult to work with. I received a bill in the mail a couple months after my exam for $265, even though I already paid my bill with UCHealth. According to my EOB I only owed $145. I have called twice and spoke to someone regarding the incorrect amount, and emailed them the updated EOB to try and fix the amount owed on my account. Sent a workers comp case to collections which is Illegal in colorado. I have correspondence dated back to last February, and they refuse to resolve this issue, they have been ignoring/ even blocked phone numbers from myself and HR avoiding this issue. What this company does is immoral and illegal. Im shocked they havent been sued yet
