That dude mohommod came thru with the snack cart, in the emergency room waiting area. Straight up gentleman. He came thru made sure everybody was good and really took his time. He really enjoyed making sure everybody was satisified with snacks; in the long wait. Dude needs a raise.
Awful experience... I was brought in by ambulance, they were gonna put me in the waiting room on a gurnee I was having heart issues my heart rate was up to 174 per min... the ambulance ppl said no she needs to be in the er now... staff was horrible they didn't give a shit about Me had to pee bad ambulance ppl again asked they couldn't be bothered... they wouldn't let me go, there were no bed pans available only mens urinals... the nurse said just piss ur self.. If I could give a 0 I would. I have never seen such a filthy, dirty hospital. The attached pictures are of the floor in the ED. They are black with dirt and littered with debris. The staff for the most part was rude and condescending. The entire length of my 88 year old father's stay, the family was not contacted by a provider to discuss his prognosis or treatment plan. I arrived at 11:15am after being prompted to go by my PCP due to my symptoms. I was not seen until well after 9pm. If I included every issue/concern from those 9 Hours, I’d be writing forever. Bags of saliva in ER armchairs, eventually I had to ask a Staff Member to clean it. A Man thrown out for complaining of waiting for umpteenth hours (poor guy).
