Worst billing customer service. Threaten collections for no reason. Never going back.
Iust a terrible business no phone call nope. Just sent a $173.00 bill to collections!
I wanted to come on here to talk about how this company sold someone else's debt under my name and I was rather shocked to see that I'm not the only one they've done this to. How do I know they sold someone else's debt under my name? Because the debt collector is claiming I utilized their services between April 11 and August 3. I was never here between those dates. Seen in the emergency room, billing was never sent. A creditor called with an account that I did not know existed. Called Radiology Imagining Associates, and they confirmed insurance was not billed, no calls or invoice was sent to my attention. I've reached out multiple times with no assistance. If you can avoid this company I would do so as much as possible.
