I was discriminated against by RIA Human Resources Employee - KORY HANSEN who treated me with disrespect, lied to me and made racist remarks. This person has no integrity whatsoever and should be fired immediately. RIA STOP PROMOTING AN UNETHICAL COMPANY AND WORK CULTURE. HAVE SOME INTEGRITY.
They don't deserve 1 star. Worst billing practices ever. Someone should sue them! Fought with them for over a year over a bill I didn't owe. Sent me to collections. When I got my refund, they sent it to the State for me to go chase down. THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH IN HEALTHCARE. Don't use them
Trying to pay a bill when I called they gave me a fax # that does not work! There link on website not functional. When I called again got on hold said I was next caller then it disconnected me and they closed shop.
***SCAM ALERT*** IF YOUR READING THIS, GET LEGAL HELP, THEY ARE FAKE!!! Got a call last week from Alpine collections saying I owed a $170 bill from RIA, I called my insurance to confirm if it was real (it is) and then RIA, the person on the phone at RIA said "I shouldn't have bothered to look into the charge and just pay for it". I told the lady I never gotten anything from them saying I owed them and asked her to confirm my info in their system, to which literally everything from my address, to my email, to even the spellin... read more
Horrible company, doesn't send you a bill and just send your account to collections, not willing to help when you call in and explain that there was never a bill sent. Go to another imaging office that is professional, not scam artists.
