Horrible billing practices.... sent to collection over $21. They create a seperate account for each bill. So you pay the latest bill and it doesn't cover all you owe them.
I work for a doctor’s office and reach out regarding a report I had for a patient to obtain images. This report was read by them but when calling they said they did not have the patient at all on file. As I Confused I ask questions as their prompts directed me to their website. Good imaging services, but billing communication could be improved.
Like many others here, they sent my bill to a collection agency without ever notifying me that the bill existed beforehand! I can see they did the same to many, many others in these reviews. Caused a me great deal of stress, and potentially damaged my credit. I agree with the others here: SHUT THEM DOWN!
