Also had a bad experience here. They take every charge and make it an individual account number so you can’t tell if you still owe $13 that will go to collections. If you have any inkling than you owe them or have had one bill show up you MUST call them to see if there is anything else outstanding. It is the only way as verified by their own staff.
One star is far too generous. This place has got to be shut down. Apparently I had imaging sent to them from an emergency room visit. Without know this, I was very confused when I got a bill from them, but I made a payment in hopes of keeping my account current while I sorted out what was going on. The payment was never applied to my account. A month later, I started getting mail and texts from a collections agency, which I am NOT paying unless this all gets sorted out and they can justify charging me $800.
I don't even know this business, but I'm getting text messages from a collection company.
I hurt my back while helping a non profit and went to this clinic for treatment. I provided my insurance information upfront, but they entered it incorrectly and never fixed it. Instead of billing my insurance correctly, they are now suing me for $500. After reading other reviews, it is clear this is not a one time mistake. I had a terrible experience. Two out of three bills were sent to the wrong address, and I had to track down and pay them, one ended up in collections. Unable to reach either the collections agency or the billing department to resolve this issue. It’s frustrating that they don’t send bills electronically, it would make tracking and payment so much easier
