I had a terrible experience. Two out of three bills were sent to the wrong address, and I had to track down and pay them, one ended up in collections. Unable to reach either the collections agency or the billing department to resolve this issue. It’s frustrating that they don’t send bills electronically, it would make tracking and payment so much easier
Yet another one star review for this facility. From what I recall from my visit in October 2023, things were fine. The reason for the 1 star review is the business reaching out July 2025 for a small balance and letting me know it is in collections. I have received no phone calls, emails, or letters (as they state were sent). Unprofessional business with poor practices. It is a shame that mismanaged accounting will continue to drive negative reviews.
Garbage company.
Actively tried to pay my bill and their stupid stupid system does not let me. It demands I pay with a "CareCredit" card. I want to pay with my standard health credit card and it's not letting me. This place deeply sucks.
Absolutely horrible. DO NOT use this company if possible. Just as all the 1 star reviews show, I was not contacted for a bill. I was seen for a CT over a year ago. It was sent straight to collections and they send me a text every 3 months. Had to go through the debt collector as well as my insurance to get this taken care of.. completely unnecessary. Terrible terrible practices, should absolutely be illegal if its not
