Avoid this place. Reporting them to the BBB. Got a magic bill from these people and it was charged to my credit card. They are open and won’t answer their phones. I have tried every department and they are not making it easy to get my $495 refund. I live in HI and the charge came from CO. SCAM!
Also had a bad experience here. They take every charge and make it an individual account number so you can’t tell if you still owe $13 that will go to collections. If you have any inkling than you owe them or have had one bill show up you MUST call them to see if there is anything else outstanding. It is the only way as verified by their own staff.
One star is far too generous. This place has got to be shut down. Apparently I had imaging sent to them from an emergency room visit. Without know this, I was very confused when I got a bill from them, but I made a payment in hopes of keeping my account current while I sorted out what was going on. The payment was never applied to my account. A month later, I started getting mail and texts from a collections agency, which I am NOT paying unless this all gets sorted out and they can justify charging me $800.
I don't even know this business, but I'm getting text messages from a collection company.
