Very professional experience from the front desk, the receptionist all the way to the x-ray tech and also the CT sonographer I believe her name was Letty Galvan. Everything was explained what was gonna be done both in x-ray and CT walked me out when I was done said they were gonna submit the reports to whichever doctors I needed them if so, and I told her so all questions were answered and a professional manner from the entrance all the way to the exit
Everyone was professional and the procedure was done quickly. The tech was super nice ☺️
Friendly compassionate staff
This time around when taking my Dad in there was some confusion about when his appointment was scheduled and the younger girl at the front desk was helpful but the other older lady sitting at the front desk was rude. Still helped us but I didn’t like the way she raised her voice at me. Had to reschedule my dad’s appointment for the next day because they didn’t have it on schedule and I did get a call and wrote it down.
