This was my first time at this place and I am very impressed.The place was neat, clean and smelled nice.Stuff was very attentive and I was even allowed to see the images on the computer of my bones.Restroom was clean and even had a small couch thing inside.I asked for extra paper to print for me for my medical records and without a question i was giving it.My over all expirience was excellent and I would definitly come back in the future.
I would like to thank the scheduling office for finding an appointment so quickly. Your care for clients/patients is greatly appreciated.
The staff is friendly and so helpful. And when going for a scary test, clients are put at ease.
I provided my insurance information 6 weeks ago so I wouldn’t have to wait when I came in for my appointment. Get here and I have to wait for insurance approval. Oh and even better? I was contacted two days prior to confirm and I verified they had my insurance & that I would be set to go when I arrived. What am I doing?? I’m waiting - something I did everything in my power to avoid. My time is just as valuable as theirs. This will delay the other 3 scans I have scheduled. �� Not again
Brought my father in for an emergency cat scan and xray which was scheduled by our Drs office. Receptionist at front desk named Jessica was incredibly rude and disrespectful. There was a scheduling conflict and she told me to leave and continuously rolled her eyes at me. I asked her why she was being so rude to me and unprofessional. I reported her to office manager and was told this is an "ongoing problem with her". They are very professional and very friendly. You need that when you're having radiology done during what may be, for some, a stressful time. They value your time and I have never had to wait long. Fast results as well.
