On hold 1 hour and 45 minutes. Went online to request assistance and not sure if I had the right company because the Corpus Christi site wasn’t listed. Call dropped while on hold.
Called Three times to make an appointment, first call waited 13 minutes then it hung up. Tried again waited 30 minutes then I hung up, third time another 30 minutes and still no answer. The web site does not have scheduling for Corpus Christi……..
The place is clean and organised, there is a free parking space. The staff and receptionists are doing their job reasonably, and the cost per visit is not bad. Overall, my experience with them has been satisfactory.
