Horrible wait times and not honest about production speed. I called to book my MRI. It was a 2 week wait in the entire system to get an appt. I had to call back every day to see if there was a cancellation. Luckily after a week of calling, i was able to move up the MRI. THEN hours after the MRI, I get an automated message in MyChart from Radiology.... that they're behind and the results could take up to two weeks! Had they told me that when booking, I would have gone elsewhere. Beware.... so behind. No excuse.
I have been connected with Froedert/children's hospital for 20 years and can't say enough about the services and staff. They help my special needs son through his procedures with ease. I can't say anything but DONT CHANGE
