Horrible place to deal with billing. I have 2 insurance - they keep emailing me a bill after i have provided them insurance information numerous times. Never receive a paper statement NOR can you talk to anyone in person regarding billing.
I never received a bill. I had a balance of $2.43. What ever happened to small balance w/o. Automated would not give me a live person so I had to pay on my debit card. I received texted Messages from Radiology Consultants.
I had an x-ray done. The results came back quickly. I had a three dollar co-pay. Other than the people doing my x-ray being extremely polite and professional, that’s so I can tell you.
