Easy to pay using the text they sent
For the last several years, I have had to contact this place because of billing errors. I am still having to deal with them today. They just have the WORST billing company. They can't get any insurance information correct at all! Unfortunately, these doctors are contracted thru Swedes/UW for their services. These doctor's need to get a better billing company!!!
Have sent them my correct insurance info several times. They’ve even been paid by the correct insurance before and yet I still receive bills that were denied because they were sent to the old insurance company. They need a new insurance person! Also they are considered out of network for my plan even though the work I had done was done by in network providers or at a participating facility. Was told they need to update their credentials with Aetna Medicare. I don’t get to choose the providers so I guess I’ll get stuck paying... read more
