I would give Rockford Radiology zero stars if I could. Their billing department is absolutely horrible and seems to operate with shady practices. They keep submitting my bills to my insurance as workman's comp, which it is NOT and was NEVER indicated as such. I've called them multiple times to address this issue, and they continue to blame my insurance. Easy to pay using the text they sent
For the last several years, I have had to contact this place because of billing errors. I am still having to deal with them today. They just have the WORST billing company. They can't get any insurance information correct at all! Unfortunately, these doctors are contracted thru Swedes/UW for their services. These doctor's need to get a better billing company!!!
