This place is AWFUL! They get paid by insurance in full then send you bill after bill saying you owe. They never seem to have my insurance, keep billing some random state insurance I've said I don't have. Gave them 88 dollars because I thought maybe I was confused only to ask insurance for them to say NO, stop paying them we already paid the claim. So this fraudulent company owes ME money.

Not entering my PHI into some scammy link in an email. I question whether that is even HIPPA compliant? And why am I not getting a bill through UW Heath System since that where I received my services? They do the same BS in the ER department.
Never received a paper bill, even after a specific request for one. Paid the bill TWICE by check. Still being billed. I am requesting that any future xrays be sent elsewhere for interpretation.
