Great experience, they are prompt, kind, and great at preparing you for what to expect! I always get my mammograms at RCI🥰
Have used them for many years and never an issue. This past Wednesday I went in for a CT scan, arrived at 12:15 for a 12:45 appt, I was in and out by 12:20. The best part is parking, no long hikes like the hospitals!!!
Billing customer service associates should get better training at how to speak with people without being condescending and rude.
