It amazes me that in this day and age of cutting edge technology that businesses like this continue to thrive off of double billing. I'm still getting calls about a bill that I paid a month ago. Totally unacceptable.
Nobody can help. Bill in mail from imaging. No one answers and nobody knows where the heck Radio Consultants, inc is. Can’t talk to a person I can’t even call to update my insurance Fix this department legacy
We received a random bill from them that didn't match any EOB from our insurance. When I contacted them to try to find out if they were wrong or the insurance was wrong, they refused to answer any of my questions.
