Been trying to call billing office for a while regarding a bill through an outside clinic they provided services for, BUT, I'm always stuck in que. Their automated system now states if you received a bill showing no insurance activity please disregard, as there's been an error. Ok, fine, but I still wanted to confirm they do have my correct insurance info, since a year ago they had it somehow all screwed up. Sent an incorrect bill by mistake. Insurance processed claim leaving a fraction of what they sent a bill for. Called concerning bill, they advised that it was incorrect and sent back to insurance. I informed the women it had already been processed she said they would still have to wait to get it on their end. All of this is very understandable. What is not understandable is the attitude of the representative.
This place has a terrible billing department. I don't think I will ever use them again because of the horrible billing department. They don't even do their job and threaten to turn you over to collections. I suggest going somewhere else where they will do their job and listen to you when you try to explain billing and insurance to them. They don't care!

Never tried to contact me sent me a bill stating final notice. Included no details or reason for billing did not submit to my insurance. Pretty scammy place to do business in my opinion. Avoid if at all possible.
