Yesterday I had my first appointment with this wonderful establishment. I was checked in by the nicest patient care representative who later brought me to the back to be changed and to the waiting room. The atmosphere was clean and inviting decor. The radiology technician came to get me and asked if I would be ok with a student with her which I agreed. Her name was Tracy A. Been going there for years and never had any problems.. Staff is very pleasant and professional. Took me right on time and I was out in 15 minutes…
They double billed me for a biopsy procedure that they had to do 2 times because the Dr missed the spot in question the 1st procedure and openly admitted to missing the spot in question. Then a year later they scheduled me an appt at 5:30. When I showed up for my appt the doors locked. When I knocked on the door, a woman came to the door stating that they were closed as they close at 5:30. I tried to schedule my yearly mammogram today and was unable to do so. I have a written order from my doctor but apparently unless they “have called the order in”, they will not give me an appt. I reiterated with both scheduling and Women’s Imaging staff that I have an order. Both declined to give me an appt. I am a 64 yr old woman with a history of breast cysts. Women’s Imaging is Not interested in women’s health. I would recommend that women seek imaging elsewhere.
I had a scheduled yearly mammogram yesterday August 1st, 2022. My appointment was at 12:40. I arrived at 12:30. As I entered I was greeted and asked if I had a doctor's order and to fill out two sheets of information. I then was taken back to change and had my mammogram. Cvph/uvm has a new combination computer system link so you will need to answer questions that were on your medical record previously to update your chart.
