Waited 3hours over my appointment time. Pathetic
The radiology center in northville is a satellite office for University of Michigan health centers and if you need an MRI in this area, I would suggest you schedule it at this place! I took my elderly father here to have an MRI because he hasn't been experiencing dizziness lately. The staff was very nice to him and he had nothing negative to say about his experience! I must say the whole center was extremely clean and everyone was very nice to me while I waited for him to finish
I must go for an MRI every 3 months or so. This place is great! I had my brain surgery at the u of m campus in Ann Arbor in 2016 and the NORTHVILLE site is so much easier for parking and the staff is wonderful. I had a wonderful surgeon (Dr. Parag Patil) in Ann Arbor. Couldn’t be any happier. I follow up after my MRI with Dr. Denise Leung! She is also very wonderful. So glad I don’t have to fight for parking as on Campus.
100% accessible and accommodating. very reasonable wait time, friendly staff, this has definitely been my best experience at a medical facility.
Apparently the Radiology Dept does not know the difference between ferrous and non-ferrous metal. I was told to break a 14k gold bracelet or forego my MRI. Strangely St. Joseph Hospital and NCH Hospital in Florida had no similar problem with the 6 recent and 12 total MRI's that I have had. After having spent one hour and 15 minutes getting the MRI, I was very dizzy and nauseous. When I stumbled to get to my feet Todd, the technician, asked if I was OK...I said no.
