I have been using this facility for years. this past Monday I had a horrible experience during an MRI. 1st of all the office itself was warm. I was escorted to another part of the building and placed into an old antiquated MRI machine. It was dirty on the inside with clear tape holding the seams together above my head. As I there for about 30 minutes I started to get extremely warm , then hot to where sweat was pouring into my ears and head was soaked. They had to repeat the same test 3 times before getting it correct. Each time it took 30 min or more of my time of waiting beyond my appointment. Did they finally get it right or did they interpet the test to give the Dr. what they needed to? Not sure but I for one will never waste my time or money with this company.
They hurt me I was black and blue after mammo and they screw up my paper work and I had to redo the test. I My Dr. sent me to Rose Radiology and much better very clean did not hurt me and staff was very nice and fast. NorthBay Hospital or Rose for Mammo's or Xray's I would not recommend them at all.
