My complaint with Radiology Associates is specifically about the billing department. While I understand they switched to a new billing services company, I spent nearly a year trying to pay my bill online and by phone, and at one point even considered driving to the office because I couldn't get any response. I would give it a zero if I could when I went to my appointment they did not verify any of my information such as my address or phone number and they didn’t do that to my daughter as well when she went for her appointment they use whatever old record they pulled up and now my daughter‘s bill is in collection Called multiple times and each rep keeps giving me different answers on what their work ability is things that they are able to perform apparently is not consistent across the board ended up hanging up on call
Received my bill via text. The website would go to error when I tried to pay. Then the link wouldn’t work at all. I called and the phone system wouldn’t let me pay without my account number and looped me through the phone tree repeatedly. I finally got ahold of someone to pay my bill. Statements should just be sent in the mail to be paid.
This company is one of the worst my family has ever dealt with. My mom had cancer and had a scan at Aspirus in Medford during her treatment in April 2024. She paid her Aspirus bill at that time, and nearly 1.5 years later (a few months ago), she received an unexpected bill for $1073 via text from Radiology Associates of Wausau for the same procedure.
