Another update, after talking to me and assuring that this would be taken care of I now have a Debt Collector calling me! I would like to add a follow up to this review. The Radiology Associates contacted me and we were able to discuss the frustration I have had dealing with the billing department. They were extremely nice and accommodating to me. I paid my bill in entirety with Aspirus. Then this shows up months later. It just seems to be a scam. I had x-rays on my neck. And it was over $600. Then this bill shows up.
I would like to add a follow up to this review. The Radiology Associates contacted me and we were able to discuss the frustration I have had dealing with the billing department. My husband went here for a coronary CT. Our nurse, Lucy, was absolutely amazing! She explained the procedure and the reasoning why doctors are using this procedure more often now. She is extremely knowledgeable in this field and is so friendly. Her bedside manner gets a 10/10!!
