I would like to add a follow up to this review. The Radiology Associates contacted me and we were able to discuss the frustration I have had dealing with the billing department. They were extremely nice and accommodating to me. They have promised to clear up the billing issues I have had. The billing department which is outsourced to a different country is absolutely horrific. They promise a call back but don’t give you one. My husband went here for a coronary CT. Our nurse, Lucy, was absolutely amazing! She explained the procedure and the reasoning why doctors are using this procedure more often now. She is extremely knowledgeable in this field and is so friendly. Her bedside manner gets a 10/10!!
I too received a paper bill in November 2024 from them for a service performed a year ago in November 2023. I sent them ins info to resubmit to and finally received a bill for my portion. I mailed a $25 payment in March 2025. Now, I'm trying to make another payment on line or find a mailing address, both seem to be virtually impossible to do. I'm not a happy camper.
