Horrible! They scheduled me for MRI's in November cancelled the day before. Then rescheduled for December and did the same thing. Said it was authorization related even though my insurance said it was covered. The supervisor I spoke to yelled at me on the phone when I said this was unprofessional to cancel the day before.
The ladies here were outstanding! I had to go for two different imaging MRIs within a week. They could not have been more professional or kind. I almost fell asleep even with the noise. Can't believe you can be made to feel so comfortable laying on an xray shute. Thank you!!!
