When verifying Insurance for patients with dual insurance, the staff should make the patients aware that if authorization is not given in time your appointment will be cancelled. I personally live 45 minutes away and drove to the Venice Location to have a mammogram and CT scan done and was called the day before at 4pm when I was working saying my appointment was cancelled for the CT scan. Horrible! They scheduled me for MRI's in November cancelled the day before. Then rescheduled for December and did the same thing. Said it was authorization related even though my insurance said it was covered. The supervisor I spoke to yelled at me on the phone when I said this was unprofessional to cancel the day before.
Good people The people at this facility are always striving to stay ahead of the competitors with the latest medical information and equipment. They have one of the best reputations in South West Florida and to top it off they have the best staff around.
RecommendedWent to Sarasota office, for MRI with and without contrast, specialist was great at applyIV she said my vein was hard to find. Did not even notice. She said I’d be a little black and blue today. She was right. Great caring group. Rave for rave.....
My Doctors office gave me the wrong location for my CT scan but they were VERY accommodating and worked me in. I couldn’t have been happier!
Have used them for years and they have improved their service every year. My only complaint is that even if you made an appointment, it's just as long a wait as if you didn't.
I have used RAVE as both a practicing [now retired] physician and as a patient...they are a first class group from bottom to top...knowledgeable, concerned and intelligent with SOTA equipment....nobody better!!
Had ultrasound done Tech was Fantastic!!! Staff was Great !!!!
