Absolutely avoid this place at all cost! I am disabled and on State insurance and this company refused to bill my insurance and billed me directly. Eventually they ended up suing me however I won the case because I was on State insurance and you can't legally bill someone! Absolutely should be ashamed of yourselves and you're disgusting behaviors. This company will not let you have an opportunity to be able to talk to someone or actually be able to work things out as they don't want to take accountability in any way.

I am specifically commenting on their billing, I have received 2 statements where my insurance was not billed at all, and I call the number provided and it goes to an out of the country call center that is not easy to understand, as well as both times I have called nothing was done to resolve my insurance not being utilized.

Wife received a bill from them claiming she owed over $500 due upon receipt for services a few months prior. Checked MyChart, dug into billing breakdown on payment plan that I had setup before this. The charges are included in my payment plan already. Not sure why they are demanding money when they are already receiving it. Typical healthcare scam artists.

The staff an doctor were great, it's there billing, seems they don't keep records straight or agreements on billing an what you can afford an then decide that there wasn't an agreement on payment an i called several times an we both party's agreed on payment but they must not have done the paperwork cause decide to sent to debt collection agency what the.... there billing department is crap!!!
