This company from head to toe is probably one of the worst companies I’ve attempted to work with in my life. Background: I fell down a set of 5 steps at a place our entire family had stopped in after Christmas tree cutting for lunch. I have bleeding disorder on blood thinners so when ever you hit your head you get a CT for brain bleeds, that was done, sent to the radiologist and he read it coded it and Medicare paid it, now they also took a chest X-ray to check my shoulder, ribs that are wired together from open heart surger... read more
My father had a horrible experience with them, specifically with Jon Kralik.
Billing issues-paid our bill in December and their billing service keeps sending us statements even though I have called them several times and sent proof that the payment was taken from our acount. They said they did not recieve my correspondence and that I should send it again. Radiology Associates does not care since they do not have to listen to all the complaints. Will see how long this goes on. Ugh.
Quite honestly, this is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. They have never sent me a bill in the mail and now they have debt collectors calling me. They have also never sent me a bill by email. I have had a few very strange bot-like phone messages, but they have not seemed legitimate. If you want people to pay a bill that they did not know they had, you might want to send them the actual bill in the mail. Used their service in December 2025 for my wife. Have not received a bill except for 1 text in January 2026 saying i owed them money. no account number or address. My wife's last name is different than mine. Impossible to pay her bill with their system. They will not give me her account number. Cannot talk to a real person. Have tried hrs to contact by phone, text, and letters to them with no results. Guess they don't want to get paid. Definitely worst company I have ever dealt with.
