When I came in we thought I may be having a stroke. Super nice and got me in to be scanned before my paperwork was even completed. Confirmation of clot possibility so arrangements were made for transport to the trauma hospital. Without this scan I wouldn't be here to leave this review. Many Thanks to all that assisted me that day .
Received a collection notice for a bill that was paid by Son’s insurance.. clearly this place is double dipping, which is insurance fraud.. highly recommend everyone report this business
This group has not billed my insurance correctly once in the past three years. They have no idea what they are doing. If you’re lucky you may get someone on the phone that speaks a little bit of english. Even so it frequently takes 2 or 3 calls to get them to understand they have to bill medicare first. I gave them a 1 only because google doesn’t allow negative numbers.
We recently had a bill sent by their bill payment servicer (mydocbill). This bill was sent to my insurance company and was paid out back in May. I have a explanation of benefits indicating this. We did not receive a bill until November for this date of service from the bill servicer. When I called to explain this they claim they have never received any payment and that we owe the full amount.
