Wife received a bill from them claiming she owed over $500 due upon receipt for services a few months prior. Checked MyChart, dug into billing breakdown on payment plan that I had setup before this. The charges are included in my payment plan already. Not sure why they are demanding money when they are already receiving it. Typical healthcare scam artists.
The staff an doctor were great, it's there billing, seems they don't keep records straight or agreements on billing an what you can afford an then decide that there wasn't an agreement on payment an i called several times an we both party's agreed on payment but they must not have done the paperwork cause decide to sent to debt collection agency what the.... there billing department is crap!!!
Who even are these people... I've gotten text messages about bills from them, my family has never even been to this company.... I called my local radiology clinic where we had work done and the phone number in the text messages doesn't even come up in their system as associated with them... Maybe you should send physical bills out if a patient has never even dealt with you, especially with all the scam health phone calls and texts going on nowadays, I'm not clicking a link from a number or company I have never dealt with.. The worst service ever !!! Went to a local ER due to fractured finger, took a few x-rays, Dr. Said looks good, but I may have someone else look at these.. So didn't even know this practice looked at them, never received information, just a collection bill 5 months after the ER visit. Paid the small bill, then sent another bill for same amount 1 month later, was told someone else looked at them as well. The funny thing is, my finger is crooked, can't bend but 2 specialist looked at the X-rays and said to them selves not to me... read more
Their billing department needs work. Our service was billed without insurance and to get insurance added took way longer than it should. Hard to get a hold of a person and when I did, it definitely did not improve my experience.
