Bill looked like a potential spam, so I went through the company site to confirm account and amount due. Still seemed suspicious, but I paid the small bill. Their billing system needs updated significantly. There is no reason with the available technology that improvements couldn’t be made. I own a small business, and I can’t imagine using such a poor billing service/process.

Beware of the sleazy payments provider used by Radiology Associates of Richmond. The provider tries to trick you into an expensive privacy subscription. They do this by making the subscribe button look like just another step in the payments process. Once subscribed the sleazy dirtbag company makes it hard to cancel the subscription. Being associated with such a disreputable practice makes me concerned about the ethics of this organization.

Billing system is back up! Thank you! I realize there was a large problem here but the docs are great at this practice and the computer problem has been resolved.

I was mailed a bill 3 weeks ago, have been trying to pay it online or over the phone, their bill pay system is down and their phone system is down, how is this possible for this long? is this place still in business?! Unbelievable. How do patients call them to make appointments? If anyone has any insight or anyone working at this office can let me know something? thanks
