How are these providers allowing this for patients? I PAID MY BILL TWICE BC OF AN ERROR IN THEIR OFFICE; paid it promptly when it arrived the first time, then they called and said it accidentally refunded and I had to pay it again, which I did immediately. Now I’ve just found out I was sent to collections. I simply don’t understand how the radiologists are allowing this for patients.
These people set a follow up appointment and never called to verify I was coming. When I called to see if my appt was there, they couldn't confirm. NO ONE HAS CHECKED ON ME! But they sent a bill.
Apparently they were sending my bills to an old address because they never updated my address when I tried to get them to. This meant that I never received any of the bills so they just sent it to collections. I called several times and they put me on hold and then hung up on me every time. Horrific business and should never be used by anyone if they have a choice.
My spouse has never been there, and we have received a bil from ncc. It is a tury scam in the daylight.
