Apparently they were sending my bills to an old address because they never updated my address when I tried to get them to. This meant that I never received any of the bills so they just sent it to collections. I called several times and they put me on hold and then hung up on me every time. Horrific business and should never be used by anyone if they have a choice.
My spouse has never been there, and we have received a bil from ncc. It is a tury scam in the daylight.
Rarely do I leave negative comments but this Radiology Associates of Richmond deserves the prize. There is no way to speak with a person or leave a message because the answering service is a recording and no matter which number you press your call does not transfer; the same greeting simply repeats. A bill arrived from a debt collection agency, and I am very organized with bills and timely with payments so I doubt an outstanding bill for services rendered over six months ago was ever delivered to me, nor did anyone from RAR ... read more
