Received notice of data breach, and offer of 12 months monitoring. The activation code does not work. To obtain a new code, I AM REQUIRED TO GIVE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION, INCLUDING SSN, TO AN OFFSHORE, OVERSEAS CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, ONE THAT BARELY SPEAKS ENGLISH!!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!

Avoid- Weak data security - they let my data get stolen - whoops! So weak… also, just look at the other reviews, they have no respect. If you are a customer of theirs, you probably received a letter stating that your data was stolen; full name, date of birth, SSN, medical information and insurance information They offer 12 mo credit monitoring services in exchange for weak security, weak offer. Also affected by the data breach. Thanks for the instructions on how to freeze my credit and request a copy of my credit report, but how about being more responsible with sensitive data?
No clue who these people are yet we received a letter regarding a data breach. "Kind of" addressed to my husband but threw in additional names and initials as part of his name which make no sense. No way other than calling, which I'm sure would be waste of time, to find out how they got his "kind of" name and address. How could they get information breached if we've never gone there?
