Would give them 0 stars if possible. I never received a bill from them regarding a mammogram follow up I did in January '24, assumed my insurance covered it as I select the policies that cover the most and are the most expensive... and am now receiving a bill from a debt collector in May. David W***** is the head of financial accounting and he just belittled me, made fun of my speech impediments due to the fact I have no teeth from full teeth extraction and have trouble speaking certain words he rudely interrupted me and belittling my speech impediments. Then afterwards between the belittling and discriminating he hung up on me. I've never heard of this company until I checked my credit report & noticed a negative charge on my report. I went to Texas to visit family & noticed i was out of my medication. Went to the hospital & they refilled it for me. Several days later i started getting calls from this place saying i owed a bill for Radiology. I never received any kind of procedure, x-ray, exam, IV or anything. So not sure why I've been receiving a bill. This company did not bill Medicare for my mother's x-rays and never sent her a bill, until recently (6 months after the date of service) that they sent the matter to collections. When I called, they would not talk to me because they did not have a copy of my medical POA. I sent it the next day via an email address I was given to send it to. Several days later, I called back and the collection agency still claims they don't have it. So they can't talk to me. I believe we were scammed by this company. I was certain our insurance paid the debt. Take extra measures before dealing with them.
